Good for presentations, slow support
I bought the annual plan to use for animated presentations. The AI Video Generator is quite good, and it definitely helped make my presentation look professional. The templates made it easy. But I had an issue with exporting, and customer service took 3 days to respond to my email. It was a bit frustrating, but the final output was good.
Reliable tool for quick videos
I've been using Powtoon for my social media videos for about two years now. This latest renewal, I tried the PowtoonImagine AI and it's a huge step up.
